1. We wish to inform you that your personal data, collected through registration or booking, will be used by Hotel Caporal Sas in full compliance with the fundamental principles set forth in Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). 2. Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the booking/purchase service. As the processing is necessary for finalizing the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, the provision of data is mandatory.
3. Use of your data for marketing and promotional purposes, and for communications regarding the booking and otherwise. Sending communications regarding offers, promotions and/or by way of example reserved discount rates. For this purpose, after obtaining your optional consent, your data will be stored and will not be communicated to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time.

In compliance with the requirements of the TULPS ("Consolidated Law on Public Security," Article 109 of Royal Decree no. 773 of June 18, 1931)—which mandates the reporting of guests' personal details to the competent Police Headquarters for public security purposes, in accordance with procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013)—the provision of identification data is mandatory; should you refuse to provide this information, we will be unable to accommodate you at our facility. However, the data collected for this specific purpose will not be retained by us.
5. For the purpose of fulfilling administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing will be carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data will be processed by us and by our appointees (e.g., administrative, fiscal, and tax consultants) and will be disclosed to external parties only in compliance with legal obligations. Should you refuse to provide the data necessary for the aforementioned purposes, we will be unable to provide the requested services. Data collected for this purpose will be retained by us for the period prescribed by applicable regulations (10 years, or longer in the event of tax audits).
6. To expedite the registration process for any future stays at our property. To this end, subject to obtaining your consent upon arrival at the facility—which may be withdrawn at any time—your data will be stored and used for the purposes outlined above should you stay with us again. Freedom to provide consent and consequences of refusal. Providing consent for the processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill your request. If consent is withheld, we will be unable to provide the requested services.
7. Rights of the data subject. The user has the right to access, rectify, erase, or limit the processing of their data, as well as to object to processing and request data portability.
