1. 2. Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the booking/purchase service. As the processing is necessary for finalizing the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, the provision of data is mandatory.

Sending communications regarding offers, promotions and/or by way of example reserved discount rates. For this purpose, after obtaining your optional consent, your data will be stored and will not be communicated to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time.

In compliance with the requirements of the TULPS ("Consolidated Law on Public Security," Article 109 of Royal Decree no. 773 of June 18, 1931)—which mandates the reporting of guests' personal details to the competent Police Headquarters for public security purposes, in accordance with procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013)—the provision of identification data is mandatory; should you refuse to provide this information, we will be unable to accommodate you at our facility.
