1. Below, pursuant to Art. 13, paragraph 1 of GDPR 679/2016, we outline the operations we perform that involve the collection, storage, or processing of your personal data, as well as the purposes pursued through each of them:

2. Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the booking/purchase service. As the processing is necessary for finalizing the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, the provision of data is mandatory.

3. Use of your data for marketing and promotional purposes, and for communications regarding the booking and otherwise. Sending communications regarding offers, promotions and/or by way of example reserved discount rates. For this purpose, after obtaining your optional consent, your data will be stored and will not be communicated to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time.

In compliance with the requirements of the TULPS ("Consolidated Law on Public Security," Article 109 of Royal Decree no. 773 of June 18, 1931)—which mandates the reporting of guests' personal details to the competent Police Headquarters for public security purposes, in accordance with procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013)—the provision of identification data is mandatory; should you refuse to provide this information, we will be unable to accommodate you at our facility. However, the data collected for this specific purpose will not be retained by us.

5. For the purpose of fulfilling administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing will be carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data will be processed by us and by our appointees (e.g., administrative, fiscal, and tax consultants) and will be disclosed to external parties only in compliance with legal obligations. Should you refuse to provide the data necessary for the aforementioned purposes, we will be unable to provide the requested services.
